The Path to Sobriety and Recovery
Life in Recovery
Perhaps you neglected one or many of these areas during a challenging time when you were struggling with addiction or mental health issues, or both. This is common, and you are not alone if you need help working on things like:
Hygiene
Nutrition
Build a life worth being present for. We can show you how.
Basic life skills are often neglected when you’re in the throes of addiction or mental distress.
Have the best chance at recovery by giving yourself the gift of self-care and a sober lifestyle.
Learn to advocate for yourself and build on these skills long after completing the program.
This might seem like a lot of information but you don’t need to implement everything overnight. Learn to feel proud of yourself as you continue to improve on some of the skills you’d like to work on most.
We’ve developed a series of modules to refresh and remind you how to take care of yourself so you can engage with people in your community.

Develop independent living skills

Reduce relapse risks
