The Path to Sobriety and Recovery

We make it a point not to shelter you from real-world challenges. Our programs give you accountability to build resilience and help you make empowered decisions. This program lets you brush up on the tools you need to survive and thrive after an initial recovery or detox program.

life skills - be present

Build a life worth being present for. We can show you how.

Basic life skills are often neglected when you’re in the throes of addiction or mental distress.

Have the best chance at recovery by giving yourself the gift of self-care and a sober lifestyle.

Learn to advocate for yourself and build on these skills long after completing the program.

This might seem like a lot of information but you don’t need to implement everything overnight. Learn to feel proud of yourself as you continue to improve on some of the skills you’d like to work on most.

We’ve developed a series of modules to refresh and remind you how to take care of yourself so you can engage with people in your community.

Assess

Our Life Skills Program always starts with an individual assessment to ensure you have a personalized recovery plan that provides resources, coping strategies, and management tools to activate along your journey.

Plan

Once we’ve helped you identify your primary goals, you will be placed in a specific educational group to provide you with the opportunity to explore solutions, plans, and necessary steps to take during your self-care.

Live

Bonus connection to our Alumni program: The Life Skills program works with the Alumni program to provide healthy, fun, and meaningful opportunities to further connection during and after treatment.

There With You, On Your Recovery Journey

Unlike many Sober Living programs and outpatient treatment centers, we don’t treat you in a bubble and then release you into the wild after being in a sheltered environment or halfway house. We ensure that you have coping mechanisms to deal with the real world. That you know how to eat a balanced diet, get adequate sleep, and have a healthy balance in your everyday life. We do this by developing effective communication skills, personal development strategies unique to your needs, and of course, access to recovery support services too.
